Very cosy place to stay, very decent accomodation especially if you are staying with family. Close to airport and on the whole its a very good value for money.
Its not in the heart of the city, though not too far. Reasonable location. Getting a taxi takes some time , say 10-15 mins since the hotel has to request for one.

Dear sir it is a great pleasure to recommend this hotel to anyone that need peace to work. As from you check in they have super staaf that assist you with a smile as we say first impression is the last impression. The rooms are very comfortable with the kitchen and two bathrooms that allows to receive people in your lounge even conducting small private meeting.. As far as transport is concern all you need to do is to ask the reeption to organise you a taxi but they will send one of their staaf to stop a taxi for you as you can relax in the lobby you need to take the metro is 10 mins walk from the hotel. You have a super market downstairs to get your needfull amenities you have a man like mr mohammed that will make your stay so wonderful as he will go out of his way in evry aspects to make your stay agreable. In the night duty you ahve mr sayed that willing to go that extra mile likeasking to send housekeeping to come to clean the room and even send you water he will gladly do it for you. To conclude this a great hotel its not a five star but believe it is five star services at very good. Rate..i will recomend any one that is in dubai to try this hotel you and yor family will be comfortable.i will not miss it when I am back in dubai..

Location (not crowded), good price
Maybe it was the room, I was given.....the master toilet had a stink and there was no water supply in the kitchen. The waste basket bins in both toilets are rusty and looking bad!

Relay , I can say everything is perfectly . I thanks all staff especially Mr. . Abdo he has very good coordinating with customers . Alos the room service staff are very activity and carry out their responsibility in excellent manner , I am thanking them a lot .
1.No wireless at the room . 2.Ethernet in the room is not working properly and some time is week. 3.The AC in the lobby is very poor cooling .
